Trabt is an app inside the Salla platform that connects agents (distributors) with merchants: the agent lists wholesale products, the merchant imports them into their store at their own selling price, and amounts are managed through an internal wallet for each merchant with each agent.
Store data from Salla: name, logo, domain and store ID, to identify the store inside the app.
Product, category and quantity data from the agent’s store, to show them to merchants and sync them with their stores.
Order data needed for fulfilment only: order number, products, quantities and amounts, to deduct the wholesale price from the wallet and record sales. We do not store store customers’ personal data (name, phone or email).
Wallet, sales, top-up and refund records, as they are financial records between the merchant and the agent.
Salla access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256), renewed automatically, and never shown to anyone.
Every incoming Salla event has its signature verified before processing; unsigned events are rejected.
Each store sees only its own data through a signed session issued after Salla verifies its identity.
We store no card data. All payments (app subscription and wallet top-ups) go exclusively through Salla.
We don’t sell or share data. Product data is shown only to merchants linked to the agent, and the agent sees the names of merchants linked to them and their purchases from them.
When the app is deleted from a store, access stops immediately, Salla access tokens are deleted, and Trabt products are removed from the merchant’s store.
Financial records (wallets and sales) are kept for accounting between both parties, and you can request their deletion by contacting us.
